- Personal Data – any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
- Processing – any operation or set of operations performed on Personal Data.
- Data subject – a natural person whose Personal Data is being Processed.
- Child – a person under 16 years of age.

We comply with the UK GDPR and the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025 (DUAA). We follow these data protection principles:

- Response: We will provide you with a written response, including the outcome of our investigation and any steps we have taken or intend to take.
- Resolution timescale: We aim to resolve all data protection complaints within 30 days. In complex cases, we may need longer and will keep you informed of progress.
